Registration
Participation is open to anyone with an interest in the health care of women, babies, children and young people. Those who wish to attend the Conference are encouraged to complete the online Registration From in order to attend the Conference.
Please note that all persons intending to attend the Conference must register and pay the applicable registration fee. Please read through the registration details on this page carefully before proceeding to complete the online Registration Form.
For those who wish to complete a hard copy registration, please click here to download a hard copy form which can be completed and faxed or posted to the Conference Managers at the contact details available on the form. Each registrant must fill in a separate form and return it to the Conference Managers.

Payment of Fees
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club are the only credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to conference by ARX.
Cheques should be made payable to WCHA 2010 Conference. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted
You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.
Acknowledgements
Once you have completed the registration process you will receive an acknowledgement of registration by email which will contain a summary of your selection and a tax invoice if applicable. Please check this carefully.
Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form. Once your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation of registration by email along with a receipt.
You will receive an email approximately 1 week before the conference to provide you with some pre-arrival information. Please remember to bring your confirmation of registration documentation to the registration desk when you collect your name badge. At the conference you will receive the final program, conference documentation and a list of delegates.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.
Registration Fees:
- Cancellation before Wednesday 1 September 2010 will incur a A$100.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellation before Wednesday 27 September 2010 will result in forfeiture of 50% of fees paid.
- There will be no refund on cancellations on and after Wednesday 27 September 2010.
Accommodation Fees:
- A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation
- Deposit is non-refundable at Monday 4 October 2010
Social Function Fees:
- Payments are non-refundable at Wednesday 27 September 2010
Entrance to Conference
Each member of the conference will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to all included social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the conference, or through cancellation of the conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
